Joy Stewart has been cooking for adventure-related activities for over 20 years.
Joy owns Enjoy Catering Co. and has catered for garden weddings, dinner parties, on yachts, tugboats, gourmet helicopter skiing picnics and river rafting adventures. Joy and her husband, Alex, a floatplane and commercial airline pilot, have been organizing floatplane picnics and floatplane camping for over 15 years.
